From business as usual to business as highly unusual, there is no doubt that the pandemic brought upheaval and disruption to global society on a level that many have never experienced before. Large parts of the ‘usual’ everyday working life has changed irreversibly, and the phrase “new normal” has become the new trend because it describes the kind of sudden and dramatically altered change that society is experiencing .
The 2021 edition of Finishing Strong is themed, ‘The New Norm; Leveraging Change for Growth and Career Advancement’. The focus is on strengthening the growth mindset of individuals in their professional career, amid permanent, structural changes in the world economic order.
This virtual event is an opportunity for members of the professional community, both experienced and non-experienced, to learn practical models from the experiences of thought leaders and professional peers, on how to navigate their careers towards positive change going into a new dispensation.
